New Cardiff is a city on Grand Island, on its southern shore. It has a population of 109'962, making it the largest city on Grand Island and the second largest in the Southern Arc Islands. It has a large British and Irish population (it was a colonial outpost for the British Empire, the oldest major one on the islands, in fact), as well as a notable Orova one.
