Isaac Houtsteen (born 18th September 1985, Silver Harbour) is a Southern Arc Islands football coach/manager, who is currently the head coach/manager of Bay Hawks in Lovia.
From a young age, Houtsteen was interested in football, but was unable to play it very well, which prevented him from pursuing a career as a player. Instead, in 2007, he applied for a managing job at Silver Harbour FC, and was appointed as a youth scout. He was able to impress the management of the club, and they promoted him to assistant coach in the summer of 2008. In early 2010, when the position of head coach/manager became available, Houtsteen was appointed the manager of Silver Harbour FC. He would do well in this position, leading the team to fifth place in the First Division in 2010, fourth in 2011, and third in 2012, ahead of teams like Pinehaven Rangers. In early 2013, he was given a contract as the manager of Bay Hawks in Lovia; he has held this job since. However, he did not actually complete a season with the club until 2015, given that the 2013 season was partially, and the 2014 was completely, cancelled.
