Konjij Island is one of the islands of the Southern Arc Islands. It is the least populated of the nation's 32 main islands, though not the smallest (it is one of the smaller islands). It lies in the northern half of the archipelago. It has a strong Orova culture. The two main settlements on the island are Lork-Konjij and Lork-Dron.
The island belongs to the Konjij Island District.
