Arc Island is the third largest island of the Southern Arc Islands, and the most populous. It lies at the southern end of the archipelago, and is the island closest to Newfoundland. On the island is the nation's capital, Arc City. The island accounts for about half the nation's population.
There are two independent cities on the island: Arc City and Westpoint. The island is also further subdivided into districts.
