The 2014 Third Division was the 2014 edition of the Third Division of the Southern Arc Islands Football League, the third-level league for football clubs in the Southern Arc Islands.

Promotion and relegationEdit

At the beginning of the season, Refugees' FC and New Cardiff United B were relegated from the 2013 Second Division, and National Sponsor Youth Team Club and FC Yukon were promoted to the 2014 Second Division. Barnswick FC, FC Deep Bay and FC Liedho II were relegated to the 2014 Northern Regional League, the 2014 Southern Regional League and the 2014 Grand Island Regional League, respectively, and Port Essex FC, FC Southport and St. John's FC were promoted from the 2013 Northern Regional League, the 2013 Grand Island Regional League and the 2013 Southern Regional League, respectively.

At the end of the season, Saint Francis Crossbearers and Mornvick Athletic were relegated from the 2014 Second Division, and Slabr FC and Sporting Renton were promoted to the 2015 Second Division. Shale's Valley FC, Pinehaven Young Rangers and FC Southport were relegated, the former two to the 2015 Northern Regional League and the latter to the 2015 Grand Island Regional League, and Barnswick FC, Hillside United and Saint Francis Cathedral FC were promoted from the 2014 Northern Regional League, the 2014 Grand Island Regional League and the 2014 Southern Regional League, respectively.
